Meet the Monster

Madelaine Guthrie is a proud San Franciscan (but conceived in Antarctica, like The Thing), Guthrie comes from proud generations of willfully ignoring reality and people who make the wrong decision on purpose. She may have driven through a house (ONCE), but at least she doesn’t throw fake funerals so the government doesn’t know when she actually dies (three times). Guthrie writes about people reckoning with the past through the lens of comedy, supernatural, and dramedy television. Armed with an MFA from USC, she is eager to start making the world a little wackier one episode at a time.
